تحدي قيامة أرطغرل والمؤسس عثمان هي مسابقة ولعبة ثقافية تهدف لإختبار مدى معرفة المتسابقين بتفاصيل المسلسلين التركيين قيامة أرطغرل والمؤسس عثمان التركي اللذان ذاع صيتهما في الوطن العربي والعالم بصفة عامة.

هناك 100 من الأسئلة المتنوعة لكل مسلسل على حدة مقسمة على عدة مستويات. أسئلة عن أحداث وشخصيات المسلسلين يجب على المستخدمين الاجابة عليها جميعها في أقل وقت ممكن وأقل عدد من المحاولات. في النهاية سيتم تخزين وتسجيل أسماء الفائزين في الترتيب العالمي للعبة تحدي أرطغرل وعثمان.
